Kevin Cox is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities for Stockbridge’s opportunity funds and additionally contributes to the firm’s acquisition efforts. Mr. Cox has 30 years of real estate industry experience, including in the origination, underwriting, structuring and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity portfolios. Mr. Cox joined the founding Stockbridge professionals as an executive with PaineWebber and its predecessor in 1990. During his tenure with Stockbridge, PaineWebber and its predecessor, Mr. Cox has evaluated real estate and real estate-related assets for acquisition and sale with a total cost of over $9 billion, including investments made on behalf of PaineWebber and Stockbridge’s three commingled opportunity funds. Previously, Mr. Cox held various finance positions at AT&T in the Treasurer’s Office and at Resource Management Corporation, AT&T’s real estate subsidiary. Mr. Cox received a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Boston College Graduate School of Management.
