Nicole Stagnaro is a Managing Director, overseeing Stockbridge’s opportunistic transactions. Ms. Stagnaro has experience in acquisitions, portfolio management and asset management. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Ms. Stagnaro was an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and a key member of the Senior Housing Partners group, which include a series of closed-end and discretionary commingled funds. Previously, Nicole was the Chief Investment Underwriter for PGIM, responsible for overseeing the underwriting of all acquisitions in the United States and Latin America; acquisition volume completed during 2015 – 2016 totaled $14 billion across 150 investments. In this role, she also developed best practices for PGIM’s global business. Ms. Stagnaro was the assistant portfolio manager for PGIM’s $25 billion, flagship core fund. She was involved in many aspects of the Fund’s strategy, including transaction selection, asset management and portfolio reporting. Ms. Stagnaro has a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University. She is a member of the Advisory Council for California Polytechnic State University’s College of Business, as well as the Women in Business Association.
