Tim Thrall joined Stockbridge in 2025 and serves as an Asset Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) asset management team. He is responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, valuations, and leasing commercial assets in Austin, Houston, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa.
Tim received a B.S. in Real Estate & Finance from Florida State University.
