SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 10, 2025) – Stockbridge is pleased to announce Dipesh Shah has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer. Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Shah will be responsible for leading Stockbridge’s technology strategy and overseeing the IT organization.
Shah brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate technology and business consulting, aligning technology with business goals through senior roles at JLL, CRESA, and InvenTrust Properties. Through his consulting firm, New Roads Consulting, he has also advised companies such as Bridge Industrial, Blackstone, and Brookfield on technology strategy through planning and implementation.
In his new role as CTO, Shah will drive innovation through technology advisory, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. He will oversee the delivery of a future-ready technology platform, collaborating across departments to implement advancements in AI and business intelligence and ensuring the firm’s technology infrastructure supports long-term strategic goals.
