Bay Meadows

Bay Meadows

Set alongside the Caltrain Station at the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 92, Bay Meadows, a former horse racetrack, is one of the single largest redevelopment sites in the Bay Area, and an answer to the San Francisco Peninsula’s explosive growth. Now in the latter stages of its multi-year transformation, Bay Meadows is an award-winning Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) featuring a mixed-use neighborhood of residential homes, townhomes and apartments; green-designed, state-of-the-art, LEED Gold certified office buildings; a central plaza surrounded by retail and restaurants; and a flourishing community garden, ribbons of bike trails, acres of parkland and a new private high school.
