Brookhaven Logistics Center is a Class-A warehouse development located in Long Island, New York. The property will be developed in two phases, eventually totaling 2.5 million square feet of High Velocity Distribution Center product across 183 acres. Once complete, the buildings will feature cross-dock loading and cater to full-building distribution users with the flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants. Phase one is anticipated to deliver summer 2023 and phase two in late-2024.
