The California Transportation Oriented Portfolio is a ten-asset, logistics-oriented portfolio totaling 518,000 building square feet, 531 dock doors and 86 acres of land concentrated in Southern California. The portfolio is composed of nine existing infill assets located throughout the Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Francisco Bay Area markets and one asset currently under construction in San Bernardino. The properties feature six truck terminals, two truck and container storage yards and two traditional warehouses. The properties benefit from being located in the nation’s largest industrial market and the nation’s top two performing industrial markets over the last decade.
