The CTOP Perris Assemblage comprises two separate parcels of land totaling 6.2 acres on the northeast corner of Placentia Avenue and Redlands Avenue in Perris, CA. A state-of-the-art, 118,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center will be developed on site, slated for completion in January 2024. The development will include 14 dock-high doors and 28 trailer parking stalls. Perris is located in the eastern part of the Inland Empire market of Southern California.
