The property is located directly off I-435, just south of the intersection of I-70, allowing for convenient access to the entire continental U.S. The property is the largest facility of its kind in the U.S. and was expanded by the tenant in 2019 to add 100 dock doors, 65,000 square feet of GLA and 20 acres of parking.
