Hollywood Park

Situated just a few miles east of Los Angeles International Airport in Inglewood, CA, Hollywood Park is a former horse racetrack undergoing transformation into a mixed-use master-planned community. Along with its development partner, Wilson Meany, Stockbridge secured entitlements for nearly four million square feet of development, including up to 2,995 housing units, 620,000 square feet of retail, 75,000 square feet of office, a 120,000-square foot card club and 25 acres of parks and open spaces.

In 2014, Stockbridge sold a majority interest in Hollywood Park to The Kroenke Group—owner of an adjacent 60-acre parcel—and contributed to an expansion of the project to include a world-class sports and entertainment district with a new 6,000-seat performance venue and 80,000-seat stadium serving as future home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers. The 80,000-seat stadium in set to open for the start of the 2020 NFL season.

In 2016, Stockbridge and Wilson Meany completed construction of a new 110,000-square foot casino card club on the site, featuring 125 card game tables, off-track betting and a sports bar and restaurant.
