Monaco I-70 Industrial Park is a 183,319 square foot Class A industrial park located in Denver, Colorado. The Industrial Park is comprised of four buildings that were completed between 1998 and 2007. Strategically located in the Denver Metropolitan Area directly off Interstate 70, the properties benefit from a central, infill location and proximity to a strong labor pool. A re-construction project is planned for Interstate 70 that will include adding lanes to improve the flow of traffic. The project is estimated to be completed by March 2022.
