The Southern California Value Logistics Portfolio is composed of four logistics properties, each acquired separately and located throughout Southern California. The Portfolio includes:
- A 214,000 square foot warehouse located in Santa Clarita, CA
- A 15.4 acre truck storage and maintenance facility development located in San Bernardino, CA
- A 6.0 acre truck storage yard located adjacent to the BNSF Intermodal Facility in San Bernardino, CA
- A 23-door truck terminal development and an adjacent, existing 23-door truck terminal located in Rialto, CA
The properties were acquired between July and September 2020 and consist of a combination of existing properties and development sites. Strategically located in the Inland Empire, one of the strongest and largest industrial markets in the country, the properties benefit from their proximity to deep water ports, intermodal nodes, large population centers and strong local economies.
