The property is the second phase within a 605,967-square-foot, Class-A office, life science and distribution campus. Stockbridge acquired the first phase in 2020, which includes six buildings. The property is located within the Alameda submarket of the East Bay, which contains the fourth highest density of life science firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Waterfront is also within the larger Harbor Bay Business Park, a 325-acre mixed-use commercial development including office, retail, housing and hotels.
