Alex Lachman joined Stockbridge in 2015 and focuses on acquisitions and asset management for opportunistic and platform investments. During his tenure with Stockbridge, Mr. Lachman has evaluated real estate and real estate-related assets with a total cost of over $2.5 billion for acquisition, development and sale.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Mr. Lachman served as an Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he completed over $7.0 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions. Previously, Mr. Lachman served as an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Cantor Fitzgerald.
Mr. Lachman received a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
