Bianca Cassidy joined Stockbridge in 2013 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Commercial and Multifamily Asset Management for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”). Bianca is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the asset management group and developing best practices to drive operational excellence and achieve investment goals.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Bianca was promoted to Partner at TA Associates Realty, where she held asset management responsibilities for over $900 million of core and value-added commercial and multifamily assets. During her five and a half years at TA Associates Realty, Bianca also held other roles including Assistant Portfolio Manager for two separate accounts with a combined portfolio value of $1.1 billion. Bianca started her real estate career as a Project Engineer for Gilbane Building Company.

Bianca received a B.S. in Mathematics from Spelman College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
