Brian Bill joined Stockbridge in 2012 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for two of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA) separate accounts. Prior to managing separate accounts, he served as Associate Portfolio Manager for the firm’s open-end core fund, and was an integral part of its growth. Brian has also performed asset management responsibilities for numerous office, industrial and retail assets during his tenure with Stockbridge.
Brian received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
