Dan Weaver joined Stockbridge in 2007 and serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”), overseeing acquisitions in the Midwest and Texas, as well as on capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Dan served as Managing Director and Partner for RREEF, where he directed retail property acquisitions. Dan was also a member of the firm’s North America Investment Committee and the Strategic Investment Committee for the firm’s real estate securities business.

Dan joined RREEF to launch its capital markets group and was also initially responsible for managing the firm’s financing activities. Dan transitioned to Rodamco North America, N.V., after Rodamco’s purchase of RREEF, and was named Chief Financial Officer. He later rejoined RREEF after the sale of Rodamco in 2002. Prior to RREEF, Dan served as Vice President of Capital Markets with Homart Development Co.

Dan received a B.E.D. in Architecture and an M.B.A. in Finance from Miami University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and chairs a retail council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
