David Egan joined Stockbridge in 2020 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end, core plus logistics fund.
David received a B.A. in Classical Humanities from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He sits on the steering committee of the Georgetown University Steers Center for Global Real Estate.
