David Egan joined Stockbridge in 2020 and serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end, core plus logistics fund.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, David served as Global Head of Industrial Research and Global Head of Strategy and Consulting for CBRE Industrial Capital Markets and was a member of CBRE National Partners, where he focused on developing and offering strategic investment advice to institutional investors.

David has also served as Head of Strategy and Consulting for CBRE, where he was responsible for research and thought leadership.

David received a B.A. in Classical Humanities from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He sits on the steering committee of the Georgetown University Steers Center for Global Real Estate.
