Drew Stepanek joined Stockbridge in 2012 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for three of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) separate accounts. He is a member of CVA’s Investment Committee and serves on the broader firm’s Compliance and Risk Committee and Responsible Investing and Sustainability Steering Committee.
Prior to his role in portfolio management, Drew served as an Asset Manager for commercial assets across the Western United States.
Drew received a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on the Portfolio Management Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM).
