Jessica Chase joined Stockbridge in 2025 and serves as Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) multifamily asset management team. She is responsible for assets across the Western United States including Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix and Chicago.
Jessica received an MBA from the Haas School of Business from the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a certificate for an interdepartmental focus on real estate with the law and real estate development programs. She also received B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Davis.
