Joe Dunne joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) acquisitions team. He oversees acquisition and due diligence for Industrial Outdoor Storage (“IOS”) assets nationwide and is responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities across all property types in the DFW Metroplex.
Joe received a B.B.A in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
