Justin Blaustein joined Stockbridge in 2020 and serves as Vice President for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for transactions activities.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Justin served as an Associate at Eastdil Secured on the Debt Placement team.

Previously, Justin served as an Analyst at Wells Fargo on the Real Estate Capital Markets team, originating CMBS and non-recourse balance sheet loans.

Justin received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
