Justin Lai joined Stockbridge in 2020 and serves as a Vice President for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for transactions activities.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Justin served as an Investment Analyst at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where he evaluated multifamily development opportunities.

Previously, Justin served as an Associate at Vectra Management Group, where he was responsible for office acquisition opportunities.

Justin received a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
