Madison Cronin joined Stockbridge in 2025 and serves as an Asset Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) asset management team. She is responsible for supporting the asset managers on multifamily assets across Boston, Philadelphia, and Chicago, in addition to student housing.
Madison received a B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
