Matt Jerry joined Stockbridge in 2011 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for one of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) separate accounts.

Prior to his role in portfolio management, Matt was Head of Commercial Asset Management for Stockbridge.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Matt served as an Asset Manager for AMB Property Corporation, where he oversaw the leasing, management and financial performance of two portfolios. Previously, Matt worked in the portfolio management group for RREEF on a team managing a separate account with 25 development and value-added projects. Prior to RREEF, Matt served as an Associate at FleetBoston Financial and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Matt received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
