Matt Jerry joined Stockbridge in 2011 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for one of Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”) separate accounts, CVA’s open-end, core plus logistics fund, as well as a joint initiative industrial fund. Prior to his role in portfolio management, Matt served as Head of Commercial Asset Management.
Matt received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”).
