Meghan Finneran joined Stockbridge in 2017 and serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Portfolio Operations for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end core fund. She is responsible for assisting with the development of portfolio strategy and overseeing the fund’s asset-level strategies including budgeting, leasing, capital and disposition activities. Prior to her current role, Meghan served as a Senior Vice President with CVA’s multifamily asset management team.
Meghan received a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and received her M.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
