Nicole Stagnaro

Nicole Stagnaro joined Stockbridge in 2018 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Transactions for the firm’s Platform Business (“PB”). In this role, she oversees large-scale transaction structuring and execution and contributes to the firm’s overall strategic direction and acquisitions planning. Nicole additionally serves as Co-Head of the San Francisco office.

Since joining Stockbridge, Nicole has led sourcing, transaction and venture formation efforts across multiple large-scale industrial and residential platforms, representing over $8 billion in gross value, including investments in the single-family build-to-rent (BTR) and logistics sectors.

Nicole holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from New York University. She is a member of the Advisory Council for Cal Poly’s College of Business and the Women in Business Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Industrial and Office Park Development Council (IOPC).
