Nicole Stagnaro joined Stockbridge in 2018 and serves as a Managing Director for the firm’s Platform Business, responsible for overseeing transactions activities.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Nicole served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and a key member of the Senior Housing Partners group, which included a series of closed-end and discretionary commingled funds.

Previously, Nicole served as the Chief Investment Underwriter for PGIM, responsible for overseeing underwriting of all U.S. and Latin America acquisitions. Additionally, Nicole served as the Assistant Portfolio Manager for PGIM’s $25 billion flagship core fund, playing an instrumental role in transaction selection, asset management, and portfolio reporting.

Nicole received a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from New York University.
