Ross Thompson joined Stockbridge in 2021 and serves as Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) acquisitions team. Ross is responsible for sourcing acquisition and development opportunities for markets across the Western United States.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Ross served as a Director for Cypress Real Estate Advisors, where he led West Coast acquisitions and development. Ross has also worked at Makena Capital Management, where he invested $2.2 billion across various real estate sectors and geographies.

Ross received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in Spanish and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
