Sandy Fitzgerald joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as Senior Vice President and Development Specialist for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”). She is responsible for assisting asset managers and third-party property managers in establishing project programming, goals, scope, budget, schedule, reviewing technical consultant and contractor agreements, monitoring project progress and notifying asset management of any issues or concerns. Sandy also assists the acquisitions team in developing scope and review of PCA and ESA reports, recommending additional due diligence, as required. She has extensive experience in real estate project management covering a variety of project types, including mixed-use, office, medical office, retail, industrial, residential and entertainment.
Sandy received a B.B.A in Real Estate and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
