Scott Rosen joined Stockbridge in 2025 and serves as Senior Vice President for the Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) acquisitions team. He oversees acquisitions across the Northeastern and Midwestern United States, as well as Dallas.
Scott received a B.B.A. In Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
