Stephen Pilch joined Stockbridge in 2005 and serves as an Executive Managing Director and Head of the firm’s Platform Business (“PB”). He is responsible for business line oversight and investment strategy, while additionally contributing to capital formation efforts.
Prior to joining Stockbridge, Stephen served as Chief Operating Officer of Divco West Properties (Divco), where he was responsible for the oversight of all operations at Divco and its Page Mill Properties Fund, including investment services, asset management, property management, construction management, leasing, and marketing.
Previously, Stephen served as Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Properties and Managing Director of West Coast Real Estate Investments at Aetna Life & Casualty.
Stephen received a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.
