Steve Space joined Stockbridge in 2022 and serves as Senior Vice President and Development Specialist for Core and Value Advisors’ (CVA) asset management team. He is responsible for assisting the acquisitions team members in developing scope and review of PCA and ESA reports and recommending additional due diligence, as required for specific sites. In addition, Steve assists asset managers and third-party property managers in the development of overall project programing, scope and budgeting for assets. He also provides support in the review of project schedules, contractor/consultant agreements and monitoring project progress to the asset team.
Steve earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
