Thomas Grusecki Jr. joined Stockbridge in 2019 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets for Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”). He is responsible for all disposition activity as well as lender relationships and sourcing financing for new and existing assets.
Thomas received a B.S. in Business from Miami University and a M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
