Tuba Malinowski joined Stockbridge in 2010 and serves as Executive Managing Director and Head of Core and Value Advisors (“CVA”). She is responsible for leading day-to-day management of CVA’s overall business and strategy in addition to her role on the broader firm’s Investment and Executive Committees.
Tuba has led multiple business expansion initiatives for the firm, including the launch of CVA’s open-end core fund in 2011 and with her oversight, the fund has grown to more than $4.5 billion of gross assets. Additionally, she helped expand the firm’s corporate footprint through the opening of the Atlanta office in 2010.
Tuba received a B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College. Malinowski serves on the membership committee of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also a board member for the Mary Hall Freedom Village.
