Tuba Malinowski joined Stockbridge in 2010 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) open-end core fund.

Tuba has led multiple business expansion initiatives for the firm, including the launch of CVA’S open-end core fund in 2011 and with her oversight, the fund has grown to more than $3.5 billion of gross assets. Additionally, ahe helped expand the firm’s corporate footprint through the opening of the Atlanta office in 2010 and she continues to oversee the office’s day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Tuba worked for Principal Global Investors, where she was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships with U.S. private and public pension plans. She also served as Director of Marketing and Client Relations for RREEF, where she held primary responsibilities for more than 80 clients, including several of the largest pension plans in the U.S.

Tuba started her real estate career as an investment analyst with Equitable Real Estate Investments. During her tenure she was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions for commercial and multifamily properties in the Southeast region.

Tuba received a B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College. Malinowski serves on the membership committee of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She also a board member for the Mary Hall Freedom Village.
