Tuba Malinowski joined Stockbridge in 2010 and serves as Executive Managing Director. She leads the firm’s day-to-day investment activities and its strategic direction, while continuing to serve on the Investment Committee. Tuba brings extensive experience across the firm, having led multiple platform expansions during her tenure. Most notably, she led the launch of Smart Markets Fund in 2011, which grew to more than $4.5 billion under her management as Portfolio Manager.
Tuba has held several senior leadership roles, including positions in Client Service and Capital Formation, spearheading the Firm’s expansion with the opening of the Atlanta office in 2010, and service as Chief Operating Officer.
Tuba received a B.A. in Economics from Agnes Scott College. Malinowski serves on the membership committee of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also a board member for the Mary Hall Freedom Village.
