INDUSTRY COLLABORATION
Stockbridge is dedicated to playing an active role in the industry, partnering with key organizations to advance best practices. Our involvement spans from attending conferences to holding board positions.

REAL ESTATE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM
Since 2021, Stockbridge has partnered with Raising Expectations (an Atlanta-based organization that seeks to empower youth in crises by elevating academic, social and civic expectations to facilitate high school graduation and post-secondary plans) to launch the Real Estate Enrichment Program (REEP) to expose underserved minority high school students to the commercial real estate Industry and to equip these students with the necessary tools to later pursue and secure career opportunities within the real estate field. The program intends to generate a pipeline of interest among minority candidates who otherwise wouldn’t have considered a career in CRE.
